Recognition Day to BLWC Outstanding Students for SY 2013-2014

Time goes so quick! It was summer in March last year when we finally moved in to our new home here in Cavite. It was a big adjustment for the family to stay in a new place where everything was new--New neighbor, new environment, new community.

I was like a stranger who lost in the way while trekking on his journey. But i trust the Lord that He would help me in every decision that i would be making. It was just the end of SY 2012-2013 and yet i need to look for the new school (preferably Christian School as me and kids standards) for the SY 2013-2014 which will be my 2 sons new school while still busy in settling things in our house. They would have need to transfer to a new school located here in Molino. And here i saw along Molino 2, a not so big school of The Bearer of Light and Wisdom Colleges which offer Pre-school, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Education with low tuition fees compared to other schools. I let my children took the exams so that we will be able to know if they pass and could enroll in this school. Blessfully they made it pass the exams and finally enroll Nzo for grade 3 and Igie for 3rd year HS.

I was blessed with my kids who always make it on top students of their class for the whole Four Quarters. Even on the previous school they were enrolled, still they made on the list of  'with honors students' (They don't give ranking but looking at the grades bracket for "with honors", "with high honors" and with highest honors" category.

Last March 27, 2014..The BLWC school gave recognition to their outstanding students who excelled in Academics, Co-Curricular Activities, Most and Best Awards.
Nzo with his Advisory teacher Ms. Diaz

My youngest son was given the medals for being 3rd placer in Sibika Quiz Bee, 2nd placer in English Quiz Bee, Most Punctual and 3rd Honors in Grade 3. My 2nd son was given the medal inside their classroom for being top 5 in their class and top 11 in over all 3rd year.

Their achievements has brought joy and pride not only to me but to their dad who is sacrificing a lot in working at sea and far away from his family. To our 3 sons, Congratulations for passing this year. I pray that all of you will be ready to move up for the next school year. Strive more and aim to finish your studies with hopes in your hearts to fulfill your dreams according to God's plans in your lives. Always remember that blessing come from the Lord when you obey Him. Stay your feet on the ground and look up to Jesus! Glory to God!

1 Corinthians 10:31 ...WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says..
TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING, IN ALL YOUR WAYS SUBMIT TO HIM AND HE WILL MAKE YOUR PATH STRAIGHT.
