Christmas Fooled Day at SM Bicutan

It was in Christmas 2013 when the whole family decided to go out for a movie date since hubby spend his Christmas vacay with us this time and my sister who was also in her maternity leave. It is our way to bond this time since we live in different places with our own family. My sister rent a house in Dasmarinas, me in Bacoor and our youngest who stayed in our ancestral home in Taguig together with his own family.

We agreed to meet together at papa's house in Taguig to visit him too. We have tried to convince him to go out with us for family movie date and dine out. But expectedly, he never come along with the family (as usual). So, we just gave him on hand a cash gift and left him home as the family travel to SM Bicutan. It's only past 2pm when we arrived the mall and lined up for 17 tickets for the whole family (including my 2-months old nephew) since all ages should be paid in full fee. We were very excited to watch "My Little Bossings" of Ryzza and Bimbi that no matter how long we lined up to get in, that doesn't matter to us. We bought the 5:15pm schedule since they flashed on screen that 3pm schedule were already standing audience.

Since we bought the tickets too early for the scheduled time, we decided to have Family picture 2013 at Tronix.

We got back for line to movie at past 4pm (early pa din for the scheduled given). When we were near the entrance, the couple before us told by the attendant that it is already standing audience. He was extremely got mad to the attendant because he bought the ticket at around 2pm just like ours. Then the attendant told us the same..we also got mad because though we bought the ticket too early, we were not guaranteed to have seats..and wait! They have asked us to pay in full for my 2-months old nephew! There also with us 2 senior citizens and 5 children. We cannot watch the movie standing all throughout, so we decided to refund our payment and back out on movie screening.

We have decided to cool down and have dinner at some restos or food chain. Since it's Christmas day and the mall were too crowded and even fast food and restos were fully occupied, it is hard to look for a place to dine-in with our group (we're 17). Finally from skipping to one food chain to another, we have landed to REYES BARBECUE at SM Bicutan which is spaceous and not crowded at that time. We never wonder why it wasn't that crowded as other restos. And finally we knew it when we dine-in. I have noticed that there were only 2 service crews. One at the counter who took our order and same person who serves the food in dining area. The other one is assigned at the galley for cooking ang preparation of food. Arrggh! This must be the reason why they have poor service! They should add more crew because people would rather like a prompt service. They served our order after less an hour and the boys got almost done with their first rice waiting for the extras...sobrang nabitin sa rice that we waited for another more minutes for that! Then when it served, bumaba na ang kinain namin halos hindi na naubos ang extra rice. So take home na ang natira for Yuri (my dog). Buti na lang, masarap ang food nila, so sulit na din. But i don't like their too sweet peanut sauce.

With the not so good experiences for the Family on Christmas day, we decided not to come at the mall on a crowded season as holidays.

And for REYES BARBECUE in SM Bicutan,We liked your food, it's delicious for kids and adults because we all love your boneless chicken and tenderised barbecue but we are sorry to tell that we will not visit your store again until you improved your service. Thank you for letting us experience your foods and services. The kids and my brother switch the moment of long hours of waiting and enjoyed it by playing jack en poy! Because we don't allow the situation to ruin our bonding, we just enjoy it though!

Vice Ganda Movie Cracked The Whole Family Up! (Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy)

If you have read my other blog before this, entitled "Christmas Fooled Day at SM Bicutan"--our experienced on Christmas day for a movie screening planned for the whole family that lead us to cancel and refund our payment back due to lacking systematic arrangement for the movie goers to get a guaranteed seats inside the movie house. We went home felt dismayed for not watching "My Little Bossings" of Ryzza and Bimbi.

On the next day, we woke up and pursue our plan to watch a movie before hubby's mom go home to Taguig the next day. The kids finished the laundry first before we go to SM Molino Cinema and lined up for tickets for "Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy". It was a long line but does not took us long to get our tickets and movie access card.

SM Cine Access Card

The theather is open continuously allowing the movie goers to get in at any time they want. So instead of waiting the next scheduled time screening, we decided to wait inside the theatre and enjoy the scenes we have overtook as we came in.

"Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy" is a nice movie for the whole family to watch. An entry for Manila Film Festival 2013. It's a story of reuniting the family back after having a miscommunication when quadruplet's grandparent took the two twin to US. They came back to the philippines and looked for the other twins to ask help for liver transplant of Peter which Mark has compatible liver to donate. It is for you to know what happened next when you watch it :)  It will surely cracked you up and laugh til you drop with the original scripts written by Vice Ganda hemself (him na her kaya hemself).  It taught us to give,  forgive, understand and value our family.

Read the full story about the movie.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girl,_Boy,_Bakla,_Tomboy

I must say that Vice Ganda is a perfect pick to overtook John Lapus as their first pick for the role. Thumbs Up! for Vice Ganda! You made the whole family LOL even last year-- We, the whole family also watch Sisterakas in 2012.

My Life, My Family, My treasure

I would never know how my life became interesting until i manage my own family and raised our 3 children inversely how my parents raised us.

I could not remember very well the good times i had with my father on my childhood days since my parents spent the whole days of their lives in the market selling fruits as source for family's living at our very young age. We grew up with the care of kasambahay. My parents are very hardworking in managing their fruitstand at the market that could almost missed the days for family bonding. We grew up with the routine of waking up each day that they were not by our side, entrusting us to the care of our kasambahay (until my 1st year in HS) and coming home by night that would only be the time for having dinner altogether. But my father used to come home drunk every night. I can say that all of us with my two sibs grew up with fear to show who we really are to them because of their strict ways that we cannot even open to share our problems to them. I came out of my shell when i am with friends but very quiet when with my family. My life with them isn't interesting for me since my actions were very limited.

When i had my own family, i promised to myself that i will run my own differently from the family which i came from. I wanted to raise my own children to grow and express themselves freely of who they really are. It was a challenge for me and find my full time mom career more interesting raising my own kids--take note! They are all boys, yes! three good looking boys with different attitudes. I honestly admit that raising my kids is not easy as one two three. The fact that my hubby is working abroad and I was only left physically and hands-on to them.

I am very thankful to God that even i grew up with an imperfect biological dad, I am blessed much to know my Heavenly God Father who unconditionally love and guide me. He  made me realized to appreciate life and find it more interesting each day. He opened my heart to forgive and ask forgiveness to people that unconsciously caused me pain; I have learned to  understand and go along respectfully to different people around me.

Remember that a good, organised and peaceful community begins at the smallest group of society-- FAMILY.  I don't say i have perfect family, but we just carefully enjoy the lives lend by the Lord to us by living it for His glory. Hoping that my kids would bring with them the good memories of our family and learned from the not so good ones to improve more, as they go along to their own journeys until such time they raise their own future family. May the Love of God abounds us and His radiance reflects on us.
