'J' is for... Jipangyi!

'J' is for Julie!? That's me!

Uh! Oh! Not this time. I was just curious the last time hubby and I went to a mall and saw a J-shaped corn curl filled with soft ice cream. And so out of my curiosity, i bought one for only P35. The stall is named 'Jipangyi'.

Jipangyi is a traditional Korean snack. It is made of corn injected with soft ice cream and coated with the choice of additional flavor. This is very popular in Insadong, Korea.

Trully that Korean has a big impact in our country. From fashion, movies and foods, it was a big hit for Filipinos.
